PORTSMOUTH - Virginia Frazier "Ginger" Bondoc, 65, passed away Dec. 18, 2009 at her home in Burke, Va. Born in Portsmouth, Ginger was the daughter of James and Polly Frazier. She is survived by her mother, Polly Frazier; sister, Linda Allred; and brothers, Rick, Bobby, Tommy, William and Larry Frazier. She is also survived by daughter, Mandy Purdum and son, David Bondoc. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Dec. 28 at St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Gaithersburg, Md.
